Murder. Theft. Assassinations. “Unexplained paranormal phenomena,” in the words of news outlets everywhere. Countries all over the world have once again been hit by an organization shrouded in mystery and deceit. The United Nations believes it to be a human terrorist army, and the International Criminal Court is amidst a global investigation. However, one retired so-called “superhero” knows better. It is surely the work of superhumans. The world needs a Team, and in such times of need, humanity has a way of bringing our heroes to light. Having been a part of such a Team once, our retired superhero waits in his countryside manor in hopes he can train a group of superhumans to be Earth’s newest defenders. Only one rule: No capes.
