HappyTummy Foods is a beloved breakfast company, known for many popular brands of cereal. Equally adored are the mascots of HappyTummy Foods breakfast products- research shows both children and adults alike can recognize the different cereals and slogans by the anthropomorphic smiling face on the box. It seems most consumers love HappyTummy Foods and their ensemble of cereals.
But when the body of Wilson Walrus, the whimsical mascot for Undersea Sugar Shells, is found gutted with his own entrails wrapped around his throat, there is a rush of panic. Customers are horrified by the news and their children traumatized. The HappyTummy Foods stock takes a quick nose dive as consumers try to make sense of the tragedy. The company- aware that they need to do something to reassure the public of their brand integrity, summon all their remaining mascots to the conference room on the HQ third floor.
You and your fellow players are among those mascots who have been called into the meeting. You knew Wilson Walrus well and are both scared and confused why this has happened. Though you know this meeting is to discuss how to approach the public in this difficult time, you hope your supervisors can also give you some reassurance you are safe…because it seems like there’s a cereal killer on the loose.
