Oxford, 2314. The closure of the University in the 2170s brought disaster to the area, turning the city into a wasteland. Now, with the construction of a new hydroelectric plant at Folly Bridge, the area is undergoing a transformation. Filled with would-be technocrats; factory workers; and those hoping to make a quick buck, this is Oxford like you have never seen it before.
