Caution, California is a dying city. It’s infrastructure crumbling after years of neglect and corruption and by now it is a broken shell of its former self.
Everyone who is anyone made it out to the brighter lights of Los Angeles and those left behind face a daily struggle to navigate the potholes (figurative and literal) of their so-called lives in the city.
The night streets are filled with shadows and shadowy characters. The police are either helpless or helping themselves and city officials are more concerned with feathering their own nests than improving the lot of their downtrodden citizens.
Organised crime has reappeared flooding the docks with their product and exerting their own forms of terror over the nevergreen neighbourhoods and hope appears only in the form of the Von Braun Corporation, newly arrived and apparently willing to invest in this dead-end hole, but to what end..?
