Being a member of the City Watch is not an easy job. Several of the magistrates are being bribed by the thieves’ guild, monsters roam the streets at night, and the Municipal Council and the Baron are almost constantly quarreling.
And then there are the Adventurers - when they’re not starting fights or making off with anything that’s not nailed down, they’re destabilizing the local economy.
[This is a different take on the typical fantasy. While set in a City of Adventure, you won’t be playing as the Adventurers - you’ll be the much put-upon City Watch who have to deal with all the various problems that come from trying to maintain law and order in such a city. Think of it as Law & Order - Neverwinter.
