Bethlem Royal Hospital, a place made infamous in the Victorian Era as “Bedlam”. It has been years since Bethlem Hospital did anything to deserve that title however, now it’s far less sinister, far more sanitized, far more modern.
Or is it? Does something lurk after dark? Why is there a separate night ledger for psychiatric appointments? Why is there a door that leads down into the cellar that is locked during the day, yet open at night against all common sense? Why is it not possible to go into the East Wing?
Can you get to the bottom of Bedlam’s mysteries, or will you die (again) trying?

Humans aren’t the only creatures who need mental health services. For decades, Bethlem Hospital has been offering services to a more distinctive clientele. Vampires, sorcerers, werewolves, fairies, all manner of creatures that go bump in the night and haunt the nightmares of humans.
The idea is to help these beings integrate into society once more, to help them battle their personal demons (even if they happen to be a demon) and get them back on their paths in life.
But there’s something strange going on in Bethlam and when the burnt body of a child vampire is discovered on the grounds, it is up to the patients themselves to get to the bottom of it.
