17-year-old students from the superpower-training school Avondale are selected at random for this year’s Avondale Tournaments. 10 students from each ability group are chosen to fight and survive till the remaining team lives.
Much like Collins’ Hunger Games, the 60 students are dropped off at a remote island to thrive on their own. How they survive? It’s up to themselves to either work in teams or separately.
