As the era of the sea ends, a new chapter in civilization begins the era of airships, this is a problem for the many empires that have built their power on ships which are now almost totally useless. As new nations arise from the ashes one particularly astonishing one appears the totalitarian regime of Athar as Rachel an officer realizes just how evil her beloved queen is, Tom wants to end this cold regime that has taken him away from his sweet heart. They both meet a resistance warrior who saves them.
