Foot steps clattered about the hallway as two pilots hurried through it, walking past the seemingly endless metallic arches that formed overhead. Fear was on their mind, the had heard about the manager in past conversations, and were not looking forward to meeting him in person. Eventually the hall ended with a door marked office room, 319. The pair of men opened the door and entered.
A large built man in a sleek black uniform with a Carcere Tenebroso bage sown across the breast sat in a large velvet chair facing a large window at the back of the room, besides the chair and a tidy desk the room was unfurnished. The man stood, turned and addressed the pilots with a cold glare before beginning his practiced speech.
“You lot have finished your pilot training for the Carcere Tenebroso high security prison. The most advanced security system in all of system four. The facility’s for the area were built in 3042 A.D, today, almost a hundred years later the facility still has spotless records. You have a huge responsibility as designated C.T.H.S. pilots and are expected to be nothing short of perfect in your line of duty.” The gorilla of a man spoke, his whole frame erect, not a muscle twitching.
The two before him tried to little success to match the mans disciplined stance. All they could do in response was give a weak nod before the man continued.
“Your first mission is of great importance.” He began, laughing to himself for saying this to all of the terrified men coming to him for first assignments.
“You are to pilot a transport ship to the outlying moon of Revledge” He continued to lecture them on their upcoming mission for several minutes longer, his voice always maintaining a steady volume, never wavering.
“The exchange has already been organized, show Mr. Arcept these papers and he will take care of the prisoners, from that point you return to me, am I understood?” He asked raising an eyebrow (the first movement he had made over the duration of the conversation) and waited for a response.
The two pilots nodded timidly, one of them reaching out to receive the papers prepared for them. Neither of the men could have guessed in their wildest dream’s what they had gotten themselves into.
CHARACTER INFO
The only thing I ask from characters is that they have a very in depth explanation of their past life, depending on who your character is you should explain their profession, strengths, weaknesses, and subplots in great detail. Make sure the character is a person, not a puppet.
Remember to make them life like, and not a super human, kill everything, win everything sort of character. I hate them. Frodo didn’t destroy the ring with hobbit super powers, there was drama involved. In short make sure you describe your chosen cards in depth, how they apply to the character, how the traits were obtained ext. Please specify how you got into trouble with the law, Nature cards are also dedicated to what led to you being thrown into the slammer.
It is also an option to be a pilot or security guard aboard the ship if you like.
ROLE
We will be monitoring the crew/ prisoners on the ship PSI235, a company owned transport ship made for the sole reason of transporting prisoners. As you can guess it is a very high security ship, security camera’s everywhere, androids primed and ready to kill, the works.
This will be a horror story, so I can see some fighting scenes involved but mostly this is a survival game. So choose your cards according.
That is all…. best of luck to you.
