A town with centuries of oddities and mysteries and secrets welling up underneath the placid surface. Arkham has been home to many strange disappearances, murders, suicides and cult like activities. The police and the locals refuse to talk about such matters.
Set in modern day, Arkham Nights is a Lovecraftian Horror game filled with supernatural and psychological terror to keep you up at night. Scenes should be long, dark and descriptive, focusing on high drama and tension.
The unlucky characters embroiled in the story should bring their own dark tragic backgrounds to be used against them by the dark, terrifying forced of the Mythos. Don’t be afraid to get dirty, get hurt, or get messed up. In this world, there are many fates worse than death…
