The Sector of Tactical Organization, Reinforcement, and Intelligence on the Unhuman masses; a subdivision of the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division….or used to be. SHIELD, at one point, was something that protected the populus and gave them courage and hope…. and now…. now it’s something they fear. The think us terrorists, just like Hydra. But now SHEILD has been reborn, and is under the command of Director Phil Colson.
We, here at STORIUM however, are no longer considered by ourselves as part of SHEILD. We were never really part of SHEILD; never really made contact with them, only phoning home if we needed assistance, which wasn’t that often. Now we really are on our own. I just hope we can survive….there’s a lot of weird stuff out there…
This…is STORIUM Director Jasper Winters…end log.
Welcome, Agents! To Agents of STORIUM! A spin off of the popular TV show, Agents of SHEILD, with a hint of Men in Black thrown in for good measure, and as you can probably tell, it is “cannon” with the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
THE STORY TAKES PLACE RIGHT AS THE 2nd SEASON OF Agents of Shield ENDS.
Basic story if you didn’t get the preface, the Sector of Tactical Organization, Reinforcement, and Information on the Unhuman Masses (STORIUM) was a subdivision of SHEILD until the rise of Hydra and the fall of SHEILD. Now they are a separate organization, under the command of Jasper Winters. As the name implies, the Sector deals with what are known as “inhumans” from the TV show. Or that’s what people think. In reality, the Sector is actually more of an alien response unit, however, in between encounters, the sector is responsible for dealing with the inhumans who are deciding to cause trouble.
RULES THAT ARE MORE LIKE GUIDELINES THAN RULES:
The first scene will be kind of a meet and greet, and then it will roll into a “field test”. Starting as of the next scene, the general format will be: Start at base where you socialize and move to the debriefing room; once debriefed, you’ll prep for the mission/go to mission sight; you’ll go through the mission, and see if it’s a success or a fail; then you’ll return to base and the scene will end.
The first three scenes (the first act) is going to be introduction/team building. The next six scenes (act two) is plot development, obviously. And the last three scenes are, if you couldn’t guess, the partial resolution; Everything comes together and most everything is wrapped up. If the support is there, there could be a possible cliff hanger and season two after about a month or so of break.
I am going to assign one of the character/players the SECRET roll of playing a double agent. Obviously, the player choosen shouldn’t just blab it out, you’re a double agent!
Hope all of the players and viewers enjoy!
