I have always loved telling stories. It started, as it does for most of us, when I was a child. Weaving elaborate fictions for fun or the occasional deception. I have shared stories through dramatic performances, Improv, and role-playing. All of these activities so nurture me. They are all stories and events that I cherish and carry close to me. They allow me to reflect on myself, my understanding of human nature and my ability to reflect it in my words, gestures, and actions. What I particularly like about the Storium platform is the required “play” between the players and the narrators. The lack of roles, rules and overly detailed setting that often stifles the creative choices by those seated around table. |
