The Victorian world by day is a teeming cauldron of poverty and progress, but when the sun sets, society fragments into passion plays of murder, deceit, and supernatural terror. In England, Romania, and the land of the Turks, the hand — or rather, the fangs — of Dracula holds illimitable dominion over all. Brinksmanship can be rewarded handsomely. How far would you go to fall into the good graces of the ultimate evil?

In a nightmare situation where the vilest, most ruthless man who ever lived — died, and lived again — drains humanity of its hope for salvation, only a few dare to oppose the dread king vampire. Are you such a person? Or are you, like so many, lured into fealty with false promises? The Count portrays his return as a deliverance of the masses who are reeling from the terrible human consequences of the Industrial Revolution, and he is actively recruiting followers to join him. Dracula, the Devil’s own tempter, urges you to assist in creating a literal hell on earth.
