Think of your favorite, fictional, small town – Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls or Capeside from Dawson’s Creek. Add characters from a Coen Brothers movie like Blood Simple, Fargo, or A Simple Plan. Effington is a crappy little town full of even crappier people. They’ve got big dreams, no moral compass and low impulse control. Some of them want to become a big fish in this tiny, backwater pond. Others can’t wait to get out of this effin town.
