The rural, old-fashioned village of Squall’s End is nestled deep in the lush forests of Tuscany. Completely isolated from the outside world, the village is under an age-old spell whose origin has faded into history: the Warlock’s Jinx. The Jinx means that the wolves which roam the cobbled streets of Squall’s End will attack any adult they lay eyes upon. As a result, adults are confined to their houses while children get free reign to do as they like in the village’s narrow alleys. Predictably, a fierce rivalry has developed between two gangs of children who vie for power and territory. Who will prevail?
