It is the final year before the majority of the princess Meriela Caeruleus, the heir to the Good Queen. Still short of adulthood, the young queen to be is already beset by threats and tests. An army lead by pretenders from outside her lands now builds and the realm of Tyrae is the prize they seek.
With her people frightened and her councillors of uncertain loyalty, the court of the queen must do all to keep the power they have or risk losing all.
